Solutions
Four ways to start
Expert advisory, a new IONM program, a TMS clinic launch, or training and technical review. Each one has its own scope and starting price.
Expert advisory
Calls and written reviews for expert networks, investors, and teams building IONM devices or software.
- Expert calls starting at $150/hr
- Device and software reviews starting at $750
- Optional notes the buyer can keep
- No employer confidential information
- No diagnosis and no physician oversight
New IONM program
A feasibility assessment, then a build-out if the report supports standing the service up. Includes international and Caribbean programs.
- Remote feasibility starting at $1,500
- SOPs, workflow, training, and QA
- Vendor-neutral equipment selection
- Physician oversight identified as a physician’s role
- Jamaica and Cayman Islands: in development, no signed client
TMS Clinic Accelerator
Launch support for psychiatry and behavioral-health practices adding TMS, starting with a feasibility assessment.
- Feasibility starting at $1,500
- Equipment, workflow, staffing, and training
- Billing setup is part of the launch scope, not the feasibility fee
- Full launch package quoted only after a paid feasibility
- Based on launch planning, not on operating a clinic
Training and technical review
SOP and onboarding packages, de-identified technical case review, and CNIM exam tutoring.
- Training modules starting at $900
- De-identified review starting at $150/hr
- CNIM tutoring starting at $400
- Client-owned materials
- Technical review is not a medical opinion
Method
From a question to a written scope
The first step is an assessment or a defined call. Documents, training, and launch support follow only when that scope says they should.
Assess
Review volume, case mix, staffing, equipment, and workflow against the goal of the call, product, or program. Feasibility comes before a build-out or a full TMS launch.
Build
Write the SOPs, workflow, training plan, equipment shortlist, and quality checks the engagement calls for. Materials for a client are scoped to that client.
Launch support
Support training, technical review, and the first operating period. Physician interpretation stays with a licensed physician. NeuroBridge does not provide it.
Limits that stay in place
What the work does not include
NeuroBridge is a technologist’s consulting practice. The limits below are part of every pathway on this page.
Not a physician service
No diagnosis, no treatment advice, and no remote interpretation or oversight in the physician-of-record sense.
No employer material
Protocols, pricing, customer lists, and case data from any employer stay out of the work.
No invented outcomes
There is no signed client engagement to publish. Caribbean program work is in development only.
Next step
Tell Brandon what you need scoped
Email a short description of the call, product, program, or training question. He will reply with whether it fits and what it would cost.
